HeartSerene and Invincible
Way to go
Reach out for what you want

                                                        When

When you are free of the weight of social "norms", parasitic ideologies, millstone-like addictions, attachments, attractions and obligations, no
longer subject to lean on crutch-like dependense and, can think outside the box, make your own decisions unafraid of the opinions of others
    .. . . .

When you have understood the value and the passage of time  . . .

When you can see nature as wonderful as it is, a formidable force which you have to work around,

When you no longer live on expectations, hopes, wishes and the tooth fairy,

When you can take full responsibility for all your thoughts, all your words, all your actions and act positively,

When you realize that tradition, custom, ritual, regimentation and old wives tails should be left out of your plans for the future,

When you can accept that there is NO Force other than Time and Nature that is stronger than you,

When you KNOW and Believe that You have a Brain, Instincts, Heart, Mind, Physical Dexterity, Will and Spirit that is second to none, and
that there is NOTHING to stop you from achieving your goals,

     You are Ready . . .

                        Choose Your Objectives

Would you dare to be who you are, the way you naturally are?   Do you want to be free to dream, to speak, to care about those with less, to act, to
dare any challenge?.  To be the  natural and essential YOU, free of obligations to suffer discomfort, outworn “norms”,  avoidable impositions?

Would you care to widen your horizons, expand your outlook, see more, do more,
challenge the new, the exciting and stimulating, the heights, the strange, even the
seemingly impossible?   To seek your own threshold to a future you plan, achieve and
change as you wish?  To determine your own destiny through your will and your natural attributes, exercising your mind over the matter that
weighs you down.

Have you the will to make your world as eventful, happy and satisfying as you can make it?    Can you think outside the box, be like a kid again?
Would you like to set your mind free to soar far, wide and upward.   Have you the spirit and self-respect to refuse to be driven by unnecessary,
restrictive, outworn “norms” your society sets for you and others  to unthinkingly bow to?   In cannibal land it is a “norm” to eat their
neighbour.

Anything worth achieving is never easy.   Yet, nothing is impossible, only its pathway is studded with essential requirements and difficulties that
make accomplishment seem impossible, offering excuses to give up trying.   There are no unsolvable problems, only unrecognized solutions.

Get Started

When you are ready to go to sleep at night, close your eyes and look back on your day from its start.   Try to go through all your interaction
with others during the day, checking how you performed, how you behaved, could you have hurt anyone, were you able to help someone in
need, did you enjoy your day?   You will probably fall asleep half way through that self-examination.   It does not matter.  What matters is
that you have exercised your memory and willing to be responsible for your actions.

When you awake next morning, stay in bed awhile, stretch your arms, head, neck, facial muscles, hands, fingers, legs, feet and toes.   Try to
stretch your head up and away from your shoulders while trying to push your feet and toes downward and away from your body.  Relax.

Think about your aspirations and all the things you naturally enjoy doing, especially the activities you are drawn to.  Think about related
situations or achievements you would enjoy.   What do you already possess to get you there?   What must you do to meet the deficiencies?
Break it down into steps.   Plan to take the first of those steps on this day.   You will want to leap out of bed to get started, but first take pen
and paper and, note down what you have planned for your day.

Next do what you normally must do in the morning.  Have your breakfast, enjoy interchanges with your family and prepare for your day.
Do think abut your plans for the day but do not let yourself get side tracked.   Follow through with your plans for the day the same way you
drive to an important destination.  Stay focused and do not deviate from your route.

Try to remain relaxed.  Enjoy your day.  Do things because you want to, not because you have to.   Make it your habit to stay in control of
your day.  There will be emergencies when you may need to do otherwise, but when you have resolved those issues, you can return.

Your family is important to you, else you would not be working so hard.   Do not let your work obssess you.  Do not become a workaholic.
Enjoy your family while you can.  Before you know it they will be grown older and you will have missed that pleasure.   Do not wait until
you are a grandfather to enjoy the company of children, especially your own.  That time is now.  Children are the future and fresh in
outlook.  You prolong your youth with them.

As we move along, you will examine all the influences that you bow to which age you before your time.   The world travels around the Sun
and adds a year to your count on Earth.  How can that age you?    You can travel on Earth around the Sun a 100 times but remain in your
youth if you know how to control your reactions and responses to the changing environment and its influences on you and your body.
    Think about this.

Your life on Earth is yours.  No one else can spoil it for you unless you allow them or events in your environment to do it to you.   You do
not have to be extra strong, just aware.

          Decision Time At the Crossroads

Consider your options when you arrive at life’s crossroads?   Do you give up and resign yourself to hopelessness?   Else, would you go right
or left or around in circles repeating the activities where you failed?    Have you really anywhere else to go but UP?    Overcome the anchors
that weigh you down and free yourself to rise.   Marshall your positive strengths and apply positive realities to achieve your objectives.

How well you position yourself in relation to your world determines your growth and
development, your performance and achievement..  How well you want to live?   Where you  function best?.   How well you do function?
Who you want to work among?  Your  most  effective medium of self-expression in which you function best?  How well you  protect yourself
and how you face and overcome the vicissitudes that life can bring.

A process of strict self-examination, drastic correction and self-development where you position yourself to meet your world and enjoy your
future on your own  terms.   Selectively responding to your changing environment without reacting to negative events.   Liberating yourself
from all weakness including the millstones and crutches that prevent you from rising.   Above pretentious, external self-images others project
to a world trapped in negative ‘norms’ and excesses.

Applying your strengths through your best medium of self-expression to reach the heights.  Attracting exciting prospects and stimulating
concepts.  Remaining unstressed, totally relaxed, independent and self-controlled.   Positive and free to think, to speak, to care, to act, to make
    each day your own.

Do you have the will and the drive to take control of your life and your destiny?  Are you ready to take the necessary steps to develop
yourself into a Giant among men?   Is your outlook totally positive?  Do you sincerely care about those with  less and undaunted by what
you must do to take control of your own fortunes?   Life is a Matter of Choices

To selflessly care about those with less.  To be ready to share your fortunes and growth opportunities.  To open pathways to encourage the
weak and less able to widen their horizons and move up in their world without being trapped in futile circles for life     To.  reciprocally focus
on positive objectives to help make this world a better place for the old, the young and the yet unborn.

        Make the World Your Oyster

View tomorrow with excitement. yesterday with satisfaction and revel in the present as it fleets past you into your past.  The past is done and
only there to teach what you may or should not repeat in thought and deed to move up and forward, not retreat, to faults we cannot change
nor reach.  We only have the future to mold into what we want.   Your talents, aptitudes and acquired skills related to your natural medium
of self-expression form the basis of your power.

Be self-responsible.  Understand that you reap what you sow in this lifetime.   Every event that brings you joy, reward, suffering or loss is a
follow up to things you did or failed to do right within this lifetime.  There is no account book which registers your excesses, good or bad.
No recording of credits and debits and there is no merit you can give or receive before or after life.

Arrive at the threshold to the future you determine.  Do the things that will in due course make it happen as you escape from the bonds that
hold you down.  Fortify the strengths that support your movement forward.  A well determined pathway you plan, that carries you forward
through your threshold and beyond that never harms another or cause any loss.

The anticipation of an exciting prospect is what drives us into the future.  The present is just a fleeting moment which comes and goes into
the past before we can consciously experience its presence.  But it is in that present, a fleeting moment in a string of fleeting moments that we
do the things that we regret, enjoy and retain in our memories as guilt or pride.

                            Applicable Observations

We are all incomparably unique at birth, with dynamic aptitudes, special talents and characteristics all our own, no weakness.
Thoughtlessly reacting or responding to environmental pressures and the guidance of adults around us we acquire a host of weaknesses.
Negatives, brainwashed by other’s prejudices, life habits, limited outlooks and fears prompted by ideologies.
Birds fly by pushing down on the air and fish rise in their environment by pushing down on the water they are in.  We are a composition of
matter too heavy for flight, even if we had wings.   But, unlike the birds and the fish, we have minds and spirits which are not earth bound
and can reach out to the outer reaches of the Universe.

We also develop anchors which weigh us down and prevent us from rising.   “Millstones” - addictions, attachments, attractions and
traumatic memories which influence our thinking all the way through our lifetimes.  Forcing us into cages of pretentious self-images which
we project to keep the world away.   Also “crutches” which take away our independence to replace it with fears governed by obligations,
outworn beliefs, rituals, regimentation, the dictates of society and parasitic ideologies.
Unwittingly trapped in self-suppressive “tiger’s tails of competitive pretentious aspirations.

Echoing others proves your inability to think for yourself.   Overcome your negatives and distance yourself from others who are.   Surround
yourself with positive and thoughtful persons.

Hopes and expectations always leave you open to disappointment and distress. There are no certainties, only possibilities and probabilities.

The “impossible” is no more than a point in effort where the daunted give up trying.  This is not for unmindful drones and robotic weaklings
driven by their conditioning, beaten before they can even get started

The Dogon tribe in Male have known for centuries about elliptical orbits, rings of Saturn, moons of Jupiter and the turning of the Earth on
its own axis, the circulation of the blood, that there are red and white blood cells and that the body absorbs oxygen.   They even relate the
    Milky Way to blood circulation.

Their astonishing knowledge concerns the star Sirius about which they have known far more than they possibly could by normal means.
They have known that Sirius is orbited by Sirius B, totally invisible from Earth without a telescope.  That its orbit is elliptical with Sirius as
one of its foci and that its period of revolution is just under 50 years.  They also know that Sirius B is small and heavy, which it is and they
have made other as yet unverified statements which if proved would add credibility to their claim that life on Earth descends from amphibian
    creatures from the Sirius system.

They have described a third star in the Sirius system larger than Sirius B with an orbital period of 32 years and also a planet. The source of
the knowledge of the primitive Dogon, who it has been suggested may be descendants of the Argonauts, is still unexplained.

Nothing in the Universe is ever motionless.  The Earth rotates on its axis at about 1,800 mph (at the Equator) while going around the Sun at
66,000 mph and, with the entire Solar System hurtling through space in the general direction of Sagittarius at around 48,000 mph.

People, places and things hurt you because you surrender to them.  You endow them with power over you when you fear them.

Material power is limited to a supremacy over those who are subject to that power, not by those who give that power.   The exercise of that
    power is dependent upon both.

We have examined the relevance and impact of ideologies, traditions, social codes, habits, reactions, responses and other “norms” in our daily
lives.   We have looked at the weights which have held us down and prevented us from rising out of the mire we are in.   We now know
what we must do to free ourselves and fly, though only in spirit but faster and further than any other species on earth. We are now free of
earthly entrapment and can deploy our forces to make things happen as we desire.

There are factors in our Universe that we know very little about.   Some of them so mystic, we cannot fathom their composition, their
strength and their benefit to us.   It is not smart to condemn what we know little about, faith is inarguable and it is better to avoid the things
we cannot understand or control instead of condemning them.

The Influence of the Solar System, especially the Sun and Moon are physically very apparent to us.   Life itself would not be possible without
the Sun.   The high percentage of water in each of us also responds to the push and pull of the Moon.   The combined cosmic influence of the
Solar System on our environment is near unfathomable.   The potency of cosmic rays from the rest of the milky way is equally unfathomable
    and cannot be ignored.

The past is gone, leaving us with no more than the memory of an event in our life.   If that event was a happy one, we should store it to be
brought out to cheer us up when we are down.   Bad events make us unhappy and uncomfortable, making us wish that our contribution to
it had never happened.   If it concerns another; no one is really blameless, we need to resolve it or we will both continue to be unhappy about
    it.

Never leave a door half open, do what you must do to close it or open it fully.  If we cannot correct a wrong, it is no use worrying about it.
It is just extra baggage to weigh us down.  Sometimes correction is merely the strength to acknowledge one's contribution to the matter at
    issue.

The past is merely there to teach,
What we must use or not repeat
To help us up and onward, not retreat,
To hurt or harm or loss we cannot change nor reach.
                                                                                Sus’

The present is just a fleeting moment, it is gone into the past as quickly as it arrives and consciously experience its presence.   It is however in
the present, each fleeting moment in a string of present moments as they go past us that we do the things we regret or enjoy and remember.
Adding events in strings of fleeting present moments into our past.

All we can control is our individual future.   A future that begins in the next expected moment and extends all the way to our eventual
transition from earth bound life to pure ethereal self.   Otherwise depicted as a heaven or hell some determine will follow for them.   That
future is what we all look forward to in hope or in planned anticipatory expectations of exciting moments, colored by each one's outlook and
desire in accordance with each one’s guiding beliefs.

Our guiding beliefs, generally related to some form of ideology is a force more powerful than most of us are subject to.  Chosen by us or, more
often for us by others to keep us in line, with the promise of a helpful entity always there to solve our difficulties.  The essentially strong
however believe in and act with a power source that comes from within them.
The more I study Nature, the more amazed I become at it’s built in protective devices.

While Trust in our fellow beings is good and to be encouraged, complacent dependence or belief in the expectation of sincerity and
dependability in all and sundry is not.

Sensitivity is a natural concern for those who are temporarily or permanently suffering some weakness or inability to cope in their
environment.   This natural trait is generally suppressed in those who are competitively pursuing the acquisition and accumulation of power,
position, prestige and possessions.   More interested in the projection of impressive self-images, often built on the hypocritical "do-good for the
weak" like publicly praiseworthy interests rather than the sincere, behind-the-scenes dedication of the strong for the weak.

Everyone is sincerely protective of some, but not all.   "Adversity" is Nature's way of opening our eyes and minds to differentiate between the
sincere and the insincere BEFORE, we arrive at a vulnerability where the sudden realization that those we depended on were NOT dependable
    and throw us off-balance.

Sooner or later, it happens to us all.   One of Nature's wake-up calls to jolt us out of complacent  dependence on people and things we want
to believe are sincere towards us.

To wake us up to the "time-servers.   Those whose interest in us is merely temporary and only related to what they expect we can do for
them.   These are easily discernible by their silence or their haste to distance themselves.   Always quick to assume that you are to blame, not
wishing to be associated or to be available if some assistance is needed.

The dependable and sincere have no interest in judging, or even knowing the cause of the adversity or where the blame may be.   They are
not interested in taking any other position than that of unequivocal support, to offer what assistance they can to alleviate the effects of that
adversity.  To stand-by even if only with moral support during that adversity.

Dependability – truly sensitive sincerity and unconditional respect is the greatest gift of attachment one can give another.
A quick test of sincerity is to ask a favor of another who has the ability to do it.   The depth of sincerity can easily be assessed by the
hesitance, delay or even non-forthcoming response.    Hesitancy and delay are an indication of an evaluation based on the value to please and
the cost of that assistance.   Non-response is an indication of an uncertainty of a future need in return and the reluctance to jeopardize a
    future benefit to them.

Do we dare to be complacent?    Can we dare to be indifferent to the enslaved, the poor, the infirm and the oppressed?    Can we be certain
that at no time in our future will we ever be in danger, in want for ourselves or having to appeal for help, for ourselves and those we love?

The only difference in the equality at birth; except for physical or medical defects, is that offspring of those with exercised minds and/or more
of the worldly goods, have a better head start over those whose parents had or did less.

NO ONE is naturally cleverer or more dexterous than another.    The difference is only the level of exposure and opportunity afforded to each
    for self-development.

Comparison is a human habit.   No other being in the Universe uses it.    Comparison is an offspring of materialism
"Keeping up with the Jones family"     The habit of boosting one's self-esteem by comparison with others to find what others lack or where
    one can feel stronger.

Few are perceptive enough to see beneath false exteriors.    Few are secure enough to show themselves as they really are.     Few have the self-
strength to distance themselves from those who cause them distress or discomfort.

Few can appreciate the value of freedom and the happiness it brings.      To respect their right to be free of the unnecessary subjugation to a
rat race.  An obsessively compulsive reaching for competitive advantages.   For transitory power, position, prestige and possessions.    Willing
victims to Ego driven, social "norms".    Seeking a false superiority over those who have less.
Where does one draw the line at accumulation?      How much wealth is enough?     How much of one's life time has so little value, one can
let it be used up in impressing others?    Others who do not really care.     Especially others whose values relate to the "internals" of others
instead of the usually false or transitory "externals".

To survive and function in a materialistic world, to be able to fund one's inclinations and to cushion against unforeseen disasters or needs,
one must achieve an adequate level of economic security.    Acquisition or accumulations beyond that are only headaches.

Material success is indeed very commendable.     It demonstrates a great ability to excel at what one does.  Unfortunately, the knowledge of
that success only results in repetitive applications of that capability.   Aiming more for additional quantity, more of the same, instead of
    upward improvement in quality.

Having achieved that level of capability and having reached a reasonably adequate level of economic security, it is incumbent that those
talents be directed towards new or expanded directions.    Directions that create and develop opportunities for the less able to participate in for
everyone's mutual benefit.    Not in perpetual bondage, but as free persons.

There lies true success in life.      The innovative provision of stimulating ideas and facilities where others may join in and benefit.
Expanding one's own interests and capabilities instead of just doing more and more of the same thing, with only a little more wealth to show
for it.      Decades of a continuing series of one day's successful activity.
